As soon as we walked in there was a friendly, welcoming feeling. The room was big, and clean. Located on the top floor and a lovely sea view. Everything you needed in the apartment. Excellent price. The bar next door is great as well, made us feel so welcome. We cant wait to come back again with the kids.

Booked on booking.com very reasonable price and its an a prime location we got a free upgrade to the new apartment which are loverly and warm this place is perfect for all types of visitor esp business and families as you have the whole apartment for yourself with hot running water spacious rooms!

Decided on the spur of the moment to stay in skegness, found this hotel while walking on the front. The reception staff were very helpful and friendly and soon had us in a lovely room, everything was provided so didn't have to buy anything (even a tea towel!) Would reccomend to anyone and will definately stay again
