Fabulous stay at the Lyndsay guest house , hospitality and welcome unbelievable,the best b&b in Skegness ,very close to amenities,arrive as strangers ,leave like family accommodatoin first class food fantastic , loved every minute of our stay ,cant wait to visit again love Ralph&Patxxxx Notts ,ps got the clock up ok. More

“A lovely comfortable and welcoming b and b”

The first thing that I noticed with this b&b was that it seemed so warm and friendly, this carried on with a very warm welcome from Alan my host c/w a pot of tea! The room was warm and comfortable and the breakfast was great. Well done! More

This is one of the best Guest Houses I have used anywhere in the UK. Upon arrival, which was slightly early, I met nothing but warmth and smiles. My second trip to the Lyndsay guest house, a different room this time but the same excellent high standard, very clean and spacious and everything you could possibility need. A warm welcome and a wonderful breakfast is guaranteed. Hope to return soon. More
