Third floor apartment in residential block, good site for central Darlington. When arranging access was advised that this was the only flat now owned by this organisation. I stayed at one of these apartments a few weeks ago, for 3 nights when visiting Darlington. The apartment itself was nice enough - a reasonable sized main bedroom, a smaller bedroom, a lounge/dinning room and a kitchen - fine for what we needed.
