We picked the Sandbanks hotel primarily because of its location. A beautiful hotel situated directly on the beach, a wonderful terrace, clean and fresh. Its really very difficult to fault the place. We wanted a few days away in May with our son! On arrival we thought that the hotel was a little tired and old looking, but the rooms are clean and tidy, a little bit old fashioned! “Family Room needed attention”

Room 17 needs attention with dripping taps and broken trouser press. Hotel has poor parking when a function is on. Bar staff need to be trained more Breakfast and Sunday lunch hot plates need to be turned up as the food was luke warm. Cravery is a bit of a begging session trying to get a regular plate of food....
