We stayed overnight in Poole recently at this quirky b&b close to the quayside. The owner made us very welcome and cooked us a great breakfast the following morning .Our comfortable room was small but had everything we needed. We would return if we are in the area again.

This lovely B&B has a fantastic location just behind Poole Quay - very handy for the nearby restaurants and pubs. The owner David was very welcoming and friendly and we were allowed to park our car next to his for the duration of our stay. Our bedroom had a lovely en-suite and the whole house was very well decorated and... More

Myself and my husband stayed here for the night just as a quick getaway out of London. The house itself is lovely and the bedrooms are very sweet. As the rooms are quite small there is only room for a small double bed and as my husband is over 6ft it was a bit too small for us.The breakfast we had in... We loved the building and David and Lesley were very welcoming but we couldn't have a single conversation without being interrupted by their toddler son. His toys were also all over the entrance and dining area, which, at the price that is being charged for the room, was really not appropriate. The location was perfect for the old town and... More

This boutique b&b has an excellent location on Poole Quay - close to many restaurants and pubs. The owner was very welcoming and friendly. Our bedroom and en-suite was very well decorated and they have used very good materials and was very clean. Our only grumble would be that the room and bed was that of a large single not... More

Lesley phoned us before to get an idea of what time we were arriving so she could propperly greet us and... More

Staff: The owners Lesley and David are two of the nicest people you would wish to meet and it was a pleasure to have met them. Over breakfast they were entertaining and friendly and so interesting to talk to. Room: The room was clean, bright and airy with its own en suite shower room. The room was well decorated/furnished, but... More

The outstanding feature of this guest house/B&B/boutique hotel is the charming and unique hospitality afforded by the proprietors, Lesley and David, that immediately puts you at your ease and feeling that you are in a home away from home. But that is not to say that the accommodation itself is any less comfortable. The rooms - distributed over three floors... More
