stayed there last wednesday 20th march. The staff were friendly from the moment we arrived telling us of nice restaurants and the tourist attractions in the area. Just stayed at the Promenad for the second time. Room was immaculate and comfortable. Breakfast was absolute top notch. Just had my fourth stay at Promenad. Great location on the Promenade (of course), good views of Snowdonia from Mountain View Room. Lovely breakfast in a really lovely dining room with sea view, spotless smart and comfy room. Always made very welcome.
