Spotless rooms, excellent breakfast, comfortable beds,good value,central location,friendly owner( Jean ) is marvellous . Only down side is Llandudno parking which is never easy in high season. I usually park a few hundred yards away further down Church Walks and have always found a space and have never had any problems. More

Great place to stay. Nothing to much trouble for the owner. Nice to relax in the conservatory or on the terrace after a class breakfast and plan the day.
