Stayed at this family run B&B for 2 nights last week. Received a very friendly welcome from the owners, with Cassie our dog being given some doggie treats and a big fuss on our arrival. The room was all you could ask for and more.... spotlessly clean with lovely furnishings. The breakfasts were just right with a good selection of... More

Stayed as a party of 3...2 adults and 1 dog. We were made to feel very welcome....the dog got greeted before we did !!! And she got given biscuits !!! We only stayed for one night but found the hotel to be very peaceful and homely. The staff were very friendly and not too busy for a chat. The room... More

The hotel was a disaster and nearly ruined our holiday, we were attracted to the hotel because it apparently welcomed pets and we had two small dogs, In fact in our opinion pets were not welcome at all and we eventually walked out. We have stayed in B&B's and hotels with our pets for many years without any problems at... More

Hi, despite our child being ill and having to move things around, the Chelsea were fantastic in accomodating us. We knew the room wasnt the best they had but it had the most comfortable bed we had slept in a hotel for a very long time. The breakfast was fantastic, a good way to start the day. Couldnt have asked... More

We had a phone call a couple of days before our trip thanking us for the booking and enquiring approximate arrival time as our room would be ready at anytime, which I thought was a nice touch. Our room was large and furnished with very nice antique furniture. Breakfastr was excellent with any combination of items you wished. Our host... More

Spotless rooms, excellent breakfast, comfortable beds, good value, central location, friendly owner( Jean ) is marvellous . Only down side is Llandudno parking which is never easy in high season. I usually park a few hundred yards away further down Church Walks and have always found a space and have never had any problems. More

Great place to stay. Nothing to much trouble for the owner. Nice to relax in the conservatory or on the terrace after a class breakfast and plan the day. Dining room is full of history and is unusual and interesting. Rooms are spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Central for town and sea front but also quiet at night. More
