Me and my sister stayed 26 april 2013 with Sally her little Jack Russell, room clean and well stocked, Ray & Tanya both friendly and chatty, nothing too much trouble, breakfast was traditional welsh food and very good. The best view in Llandudno. Will be back, thank you all including Charlie.

A stay at The Headlands is worth it for the view alone. It must have the best location in Llandudno. It is right at one end of the bay so in a quite spot but only three minutes walk away from all the pubs and restaurants. For pet owners (we're not) it must be very handy as the park is... More

You have to like animals to really enjoy this hotel, as the owner's dog is as much a part of the welcoming committee as Ray and Tanya. If you get to meet Mr and Mrs George, who come in from the sea each morning for their breakfast, then so much the better, and so much more will you enjoy it.... More

My wife and I stayed here for one night on a bank holiday. I can only say that after informing the owner that we were from Merseyside he kept a constant eye on us in case we "did a runner" to the extent that he blocked my car in . The proprietor i can only describe as mix of Basil... More

A last minute decision to stay near Conwy for the half marathon took us to the most pet friendly place I have stayed. Buster was very welcome and enjoyed his sleep next to the radiator in our bedroom to prepare himself for his race support role. Nothing was too much trouble at Headlands - my request to deviate from the... More

I am astounded that this hotel has been awarded a 4 star rating from the Llandudno tourist board, and is highly regarded by tripadvisor. Firstly the room...pubic hairs in the bath, bath grab handle comes off in your hand, shower runs red hot then freezing cold...i gave up trying to use it and opted for the bath (being careful with the grab handle... Best location in Llandudno. Looking out to sea, at the Promenade, towards Snowdonia and over the town. The people that run this place are lovely and so welcoming, friendly and decent. The interior is beautiful - beautiful big old staircase, stained windows, sumptuous sofas in the lounge, a little conservatory on the side and a big conservatory which extends the... More
