I have visited the Imperial on several occasions for both business and pleasure. The food is good and wherever possible locally sourced, the service is excellent and the staff are very friendly and are always happy to help wherever possible. I would recommend this hotel for business, leisure and pleasure.

Become our regular due to cost and good position in Victorian resort. One of the better hotels in Llandudno with large high ceiling rooms, many with good sea views. Service excellent, restaurant and food is good and special deals attractive. The conservatory and lounge area are tired and needs some improvement to warrant 4* status. We have booked again.
