This is a lovely hotel that has been well looked after - its nicely decorated and very plush. Our room was a bit small but, otherwise, everything was great. Service is fantastic. Dinner in the restaurant was very nice and breakfast was the best I can remember in a hotel. More

This is an old fashioned hotel with large comfortable rooms, great views and situated on the seafront. Excellent value for money with the only difficulty being no wifi access possible, although available in the hotel and no-one available who knew how to fix it. Staff very friendly and helpful. Great coffee! More

Thank you for your comments and we’re glad you enjoyed your stay, although we apologise about the lack of wifi access during your time with us. Unfortunately this was not only out of our control but also unknown to us at the time as it was due to BT upgrading the system but the good news is that our internet... More

The Imperial is a classy place. It's redolent of those days of luxury and leisure. But it's pretty well up to date too, what with IT and a spa and a gym. Carpetted everywhere and large relaxing public rooms. Our bedroom cost a premium but it was worth it to gain the sea view and the sights of the vast... More

This is a standard British 4 star and is very nice indeed. We had a private room for a party and it went very well. Food and service was very good. Thayer were all very obliging. Our room 416 was a sea view and at £175 per night was dear but large and very comfortable.BUTVERY NOISY AT NGHT. So much... More

Just came back from a weekend stay in this hotel. The place is quite old but very clean. The rooms were spotless and we got a free upgrade. The best part of this hotel is the fantastic food. The people in the kitchen are a real credit to the hotel. I have been lucky enough to have eaten in some... More

We had our wedding here last month and it was absolutely perfect. They tailored everything to suit our specific requirements for our special day. Everything went smoothly on the day and nothing was too much trouble. We felt well looked after by all the staff. We opted not to have a bridal suite and had a sea facing room instead... More

Have stayed at the Imperial Hotel on numerous occasions over the past ten years or so. The hotel has improved significantly over time and the rooms now have a nice clean modern feel to them with large LCD TV's. The gymnasium area is very good and should cater for most needs. The only gripe i have is around the restaurant/food.... More

We stayed here for the extravaganza. It was very busy but very organised but I did feel that guests pay for the location of the hotel. Our room wasn't massive but it catered to our needs. It was on the warm side but we had a top floor room with a balcony, so we just left the door open slightly.... More

We visited Llandudno on the 28th April the location of the Imperial is absolutely ideal. The hotel was exactly as described in other reviews except that we had no issues with restaurant service we found it to be exactly as expected. Food quality was excellent and was the cleanliness of the bedroom and equipment of same. If we visit the... More
