The staff couldn't do enough for us and were very pleasent and polite. We were there with our Daughter and Granddaughter who is 2yrs and we didn't feel as if we were being watched the whole time. My wife & I stayed for 3 nights on a KGB deal. Yes, the hotel is old & needs money spending on it, but in this financial climate since it's a family owned hotel, it isn't likely. The staff are very friendly, our room was a good size. The breakfast is the usual fare. The evening meal deal (3 course... More

We went to this hotel as a family for my Husbands 50th birthday. We found this hotel to be very friendly, the hotel needs to be refurbished although was clean and comfortable for our needs. The bar was very nice and the food extremely nice and very good value for money. We stayed in a disabled room, altough very clean... More

My wife and I stayed with 2 friends at the Royal, 1&2 May, and found the place value for money (KGB Deal). The place was clean and the staff were helpful and obliging. Our room was in need of refurbishment, in fact almost the whole hotel was, though our friends' room was recently decorated; we all had wonderfully fluffy towels... More

Just got back from a three day break at the Royal Hotel (on a KGB deal). Hotel is a little in need of some revitalising around the edges but what a lovely place to stay. The staff were great in every way. Do eat in the hotel at least one evening of your stay as the quality is excellent and... More

My wife and I stayed at this hotel for two nights with a kgb deal costing £49 for b&b for the two of us for two nights, so what can you say. The building is in need of refurbishment, the room was very basic with wash hand basin in the bedroom. The breakfast was poor but could have been so... More

This is an older Hotel but with charm, great service, excellent food and clean spacious rooms. The location is ideal for touring Llandudno and the area. There is a nice attached bar with large screen tv for sports fans. The food was wonderful, both breakfast and dinner. Highly recommend this charming spot. More
