My husband and I spent a lovely weekend here and found Sue extremely friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was super. We found this place a very good find and very good value for money and hope to return again.

Had a very enjoyable stay of 3 nights - position is good, close to the Front & within walking distance to town - in the better end of Eastbourne, towards the Downs - Room was very comfortable with classy period furniture. Breakfast was outstanding & spoilt us for other B&Bs - fresh fruit plus a choice, a chance to have...

Excellent B&B, we were made to feel very at home and the owners were very helpful on telling us about the area. The breakfast was so yummy and fresh which really set us both up for the day. We also had one of the best nights sleep due to our room being so cosy and warm! We will be back!!
Really good B&B - away from the hustle and bustle and on the right side of Eastbourne to explore the Seven Sisters coastline. I would ideally give 4.5 if half marks available. The only slight detractions were some difficulty in parking (although you could always get a space at some stage of the evening) and the bed was a normal...

What a lovely little B&B. Décor was above the standard for a 4 Star B&B. Breakfast just excellent and could not fault it. Room was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. I would happily stay here again and recommend this place to anyone.
This was the third time I have stayed here and each time has been excellent. This time I was in Room 4, which had some great period furniture and a cosy bed. The rooms are always very clean and the welcome is always very warm from the hosts. The breakfasts are fantastic, too and nothing is too much trouble. I...

Just returned from one night at the Brayscroft. Warm welcome on arrival, room (4) quite small and furniature rather tatty, bed not comfy and shower attrocious. But breakfast was superb, fresh fruit and salmon and eggs, perfect!
We were looking for places for our guests to stay when my daughter gets married in Eastbourne, to be fair I could not...

My wife & I have just had a long weekend in Eastbourne staying at Brayscroft House. The house is beautiful. It might be victorian, but I think it's edwardian. It's decorated & furnished to a very high standard, which complements the style of building. The bedrooms are lovely & comfortable, all furnished with individual antique furniture. Located in a nice...

I have stayed at the Brayscroft on three occasions and found it is an excellent hotel charging reasonable prices. It is in a good location - within walking distance of both the promenade and town centre. The breakfasts are superb. Peter Blowes.
If you are coming to Eastbourne look no further- stay here! The property itself is lovely, more of a boutique B&B I would say. It's at the nicer end of the harbour, and on a sunny day you can stroll to the end of the road and look out over the beautiful sea. Parking was no problem for us on...
