Clean and comfortable. Nothing fancy but cozy and feel like home. Great breakfast. Free wifi. Close to downdown. Host is very nice and friendly. Sleep very well as you feel like staying home. Price is reasonable. Will stay again if travel again to Eastbourne.

This is one of the nicest place we have stayed. Excellent location and the owners were very friendly and helpful. A friend booked this for a conference we were attending - great location for the Congress Theatre/Halls. Helen and Alex are proprietors of lore and culture. The Parkview is a rustic spot on Wilmington Park grounds and 1 ½ blocks to Beachy head. Fine breakfasts, engaging conversations, and easy going social stylings are here. That and the young pianist made our stay memorable.

A nice hotel, the owners are very friendly and make you feel really very welcomed. The room was clean and breakfast is very good.Highly reccommended Only 10 minutes walk to the city centre, the sea is just around the corner and the Devonshihe Park is in front of the hotel.
