I spent a day at this hotel. Reception was ok. The hotel is run down. I had sleepless night due to bites from bed bugs. I stayed 2 nights at west rocks Hotel in June 2012, it was grotty and unclean. Reception staff were unpleasant and unhelpful, more interested in watching TV or reading than helping guests. I will never stay here again with so many other Hotels to choose more. One plus side was the staff serving breakfast were very pleasant and efficient
