Everything was perfect! They really have thought of everything we may have wanted and it was all there to hand in the room. Nothing was too much trouble and we were made to feel really welcome. The breakfast was beautiful - tasty and freshly cooked. We'd highly recommend Bay Tree Guest House.

My sister and I traveled for over four hours on the train to see Queen tribute band "Mercury". Both the band and Bay Tree were fantastic. I'll definitely be back to stay there again.

This was a great find via TA, and it lived up to the other good reviews. four of us on a cycling trip we're well looked after and the great rooms and breakfast made a great finish to a day in the saddle.

I read all the previous reviews and chose the Bay Tree from what I read from other guests. Delightful hosts, friendly and professional. Comfortable hotel in great location so close to 'everything'. Great Breakfast too - will be back !!!!!
