We stayed here for one night & found Carolyn very welcoming. The room was clean & tidy & all in all it had everything we wanted for an overnight stop. The location is good & we had a sea view from our room.

Friendly welcome, excellent breakfast, very clean and lovely room. Good position for both town/pier and the Sovereign Habour walked to both. Highly recommend.

We stayed for five nights and enjoyed it very much. The room was very comfortable, and the breakfast was filling and delicious but most of all we were impressed by the welcome we received from the owners. Cheerful, knowledgable and very helpful. The free parking was a bonus.

Very helpful owners, very clean, well-decorated room, nice little touches, very comfortable bed, fabulous filling breakfasts. We needed two extra-early breakfasts during our 4 day stay which were served with a smile. The hotel is very conveniently located with own little car park and plenty of free street parking nearby if needed. Would definitely recommend.
