We love our stay at Myhregaarden Hotel. The room was spacious and very well decorated. (The reason our room was pretty large was likely because we booked the business room, not the standard one. Expedia happened to have this deluxe for the same price as the standard room on the day we booked.) Had wifi connection, hair dryer, bed was... More

This is a boutique hotel, located on an old refurbished building offers very comfortable rooms and an hospitalary like home feeling. There are shelfs with books available for reading, complimentary soup in the evening and a good breakfast. The location is great, in a neighbourhood of beatiful stores located in old wooden houses, many restaurants and attractions are at walking... More

I stayed here twice. First time the breakfast buffet was emptied by staff members before guests arrived.... And I guess they were too busy eating instead of refilling the buffet. The next time I stayed there the fried eggs were more boiled than fried, and they were cold. They are stingy on the bacon.... The rooms are very small, but... More

Overall, I was rather disappointed in the this hotel.. There is no lobby or public space and the restaurant is reminiscent of a cafeteria. The breakfast was pretty awful - cold, stale items sitting under heat lamps. The room was nice enough but wasn't kept clean. The front desk got my wake up call time wrong, creating quite a panic... Stayed in the Myhregaarden hotel on a business trip to Stavanger. The hotel is really central in Stavanger and the airport bus stops right outside the door, great when you're arriving late at night. There are lots of shops very nearby including a grocery store and a very nice coffee shop within a minute's walk. Some lovely little personal touches... More

Stayed here for one night in January 2012. Right in the middle of the city, surrounded by shops and cobbled streets. Quiet area of the city compared to the hotels along the harbor line. Nice and stylish room with "fireplace" (no heat, but nice anyway), but a bit small. Ok staff, only complaint is when we wanted to check out... More

This is a nice hotel with very English furnishings, not very Nordic at all. The room I had was quite small with a tiny bathroom but very clean and well-presented. The bed was a proper double bed although with the two single duvets as many Norwegian hotels do. I found the breakfast to be quite varied with the foods presented,... More

I liked the whole ethos of this hotel, they were extremely helpful and at the same time created a laid-back relaxing atmosphere. I particularly liked the free soup with bread and tea or coffee for supper and the breakfast supplied everything you could ask for. The rooms were well furnished with luxurious finishing. The shower room had everything you needed,... More

As a frequent business traveller I have spent too many nights in poor, impersonal and poorly located hotels. Myhregaarden is different. It is personal, modern and rustic, have very comfy beds, rooms with fireplace (electric) and chandelier, and some rooms even have a very charmy balcony. Location is indeed central, breakfast is very good (in particular the selection of teas),... More

I have had a couple of stays at Myhregaarden hotel. I have been staying in booth the apartments and the regular hotel rooms. The apartments is really good located and has everything you need for a longer stay. The only thing negative about them is the knifes on the kitchen wich is really bad, so be carefull when cutting. Both... More
