Buget-priced hotels are hard to find in Stavanger and this still cost the equivalent of £160 per night including buffet breakfast. Its rather dated (built in the 1950's and the reception carpet looks like it hasn't been cleaned since then) and the rooms are small with poor quality furnishings and antiquated showers. Its a 15 min walk to town but on regular bus route. A bit dated, but ok. Has free parking. Breakfast ok. Rooms ok. Good to stay in with kids as they have family rooms. More

Despite some bad reviews nad being afraid after readinh them the hotel is not bad at all. Booking said check in by 3PM. Arrived 4PM, and got told the room was not ready had to wait for 10 minutes. We would come back to this hotel even if it was a little worn down, seems like they are about to fix some of it. The staff was really nice and helped us a lot. The rooms for us was good and the prices ok. More
