The 4er dormitory was good, but avoid the 6er dormitory. the place is well connected by local transport. Breakfast was good.

The hotel is located a bit far from the city centre, but it is very easy to access it: an express bus from the airport stops very nearby, and tram 17 will bring you straight to the living part of Oslo.
The Haralsheim is also a nice place which seems pretty recent or refurbished, and stands in a quiet place...

I enjoyed my stay of three days. The service was great, the front desk was always helpful and had information or were able to direct me to where I could find it . The breakfast was excellent.
I found that the youth Hostel Haraldsheim was a very pleasant place to stay for a weekend. Even that we only arrived late in the evening and there was no more warm water(it was winter in Norway) did not bother me alot because the service was great!!

Haraldsheim to be recommended for it's hospitality. Easy to get to if you follow directions given when booking hostel. Far from being inexpensive. Very expensive for a hostel. But in Scandanavian country you pay prices accordingly. I only paid E8 (and no taxes) for flight to Rygge so I all in all it was an inexpensive holiday.

Stayed 1 night here only, but had a really good night's rest that night. Beds were comfortable and clean. Appreciated that the toiletry and shower area was separated, and both were very clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was of a wide variety as well. Main drawback is the location, unable to walk to the city, so you'll have...

Friendly atmosphere. Excellent stuff. Breakfast delicious, hearty, fresh ( salm even !!!) Beautiful and spacious green areas. Very entertaining place. Free WIFI very fast, and also some PC's+Internet for free inside de hostel in a spot. Few blocks far there's Kebbab and Pizza, very good and very big for nice price! I have no complaints!
The room for 4 people was tiny, no breathing space. The beds are infested. The whole group got scabies. Do not stay here!
It is a good hostel outside the centre of Oslo, you can get there by tram No.17. They have nice dorms, the one I slept in was 4-person one.Beds are comfortable, there are common showers and toilets. The hostel has laundry and a big kitchen, when you can prepare meal (you can store your food and beverages in a common...
