Nice hotel, just outside city centre (15-20 min walk to the Karl Johan street), but close to the west end shopping street "Bogstad veien". If you'd rather stay in a "real" neighborhood than tourist central, this is a nice option. It's an easy walk to most of the main attractions (and is just a block from the tram line if you'd rather not walk).
