Spent one night on 23 may, needed to change rooms as bulb in shower/wet room was broken however this was no problem and another identical, small but comfy enough room was provided with gentle humour and apology from desk staff. Me and my two kids spent the christmas holiday on rica victoria. Also my mother, hers wheelchair bounded partner and my brother visited the hotel in the same time. We absolutely loved the whole atmosphere. Beautiful building, nice food, nice staff and the best general manager you could ask for.
