The good news - the rooms look recently refurbed, clean and functional. Not sure about the shower in a glass enclosure inside the room though. My mother stayed here on a 3 day break, and the staff were very helpful at all times and made her feel safe and welcome. The hotel is well situated for public transport and well maintained, and she would happily visit again.
