Was there in februari 2013 for a conference. Very helpfull and friendly people there. Accomodations were more than sufficient. Staff helped me printing my forgotten papers and not only once but three times. Breakfast and lunch were very tastefull and the coffee was to my standards: WOW.

This is a nice hotel, reasonably centrally located, with friendly staff. But they are really pushing it to charge extra for an internet connection that would make a dial up modem look fast. Had a good evening meal in the restaurant, though was a bit disappointed by the lack of choice at breakfast.

Really bad experience, everything it's extra, for example you pay 10 Euro for 24h of internet and the connection it;s really slow, and at the check out you are being asked to pay again another 10 euros/day so BE CAREFUL, the parking ain;t free either. I am surprised they didn't charge for the elevator !

Great stay, in the period between 11 and 14 January 2013, great hotel, near metro but there is enough to take two steps to the tram 71 and get off after only 3-4 stops to Karlsplatz (the entire trip lasts no longer than five minutes), professional and very helpful, speak only German and English, however, like almost everyone in Austria....
