I've stayed there 3 or 4 times, it's a great place. Down a side street from Mariahilferstrasse, it's very quiet, but close to the city centre. The rooms are comfortable, with a well-equipped kitchen, spacious bathroom, all cleaned daily. The breakfast downstairs is truly excellent, everything fresh, and the staff very friendly.
