We stayed 3 nights there, in the second building, some 20 feet away from the main buliding.
Far from the city (12 km or 23 euros - taxi ride from the opera to the hotel). very unpleasant surroundings in the winter...Room, hmmm...old, needs to be totally refurbished.
The painting (see photo...) was "astonishing", I never saw another uglier "wall deco"...

we have just returned from a bus tour with travelsphere,which in cluded a 2 night stay at this hotel on b&b.

This hotel was part of a travel package organised by the travel company.
We had a room there for 2 nights B&B. - evening meal was extra not bad when you have a choice of no other eating locations to hand.

It wouldn't be our first choice in Vienna. Beutiful location, in the mountains, but very far from the city. The pics in Internet were too much different from the real 'fatiscente' aspect of the Hotel (old furniture, broken glasses, etc.). Very good dinner!
