Great value for money. Very helpful staff. Nice warm rooms, well equipped with comfy beds, fridge, hairdryer and plenty of towels. Located in a busy but friendly area with interesting shops and a cheap supermarket close by. We choose this hotel for it's location only a few minutes walk from the Vienna Stadthalle - perfect!

The hotel was clean, perfectly located and the staff extremely helpful. What else do you need? Even though the breakfast offer is rather basic, we agreed it is enough, because you can enjoy your morning coffee in one of the many Vienna cafés! On arriving after a long journey we were shocked to find our room were the bathroom was dirty and the shower didnt work, no kettle or tea or coffee making facilities. It's clean, close to the Westbahnhof and the breakfast is OK. There is also a tram stop just around the corner which makes for easy travel around Vienna.
