Lucia is a fantastically convenient hotel. Only 7 underground stops away from the City Centre (Stephansplatz). The closest underground station (Johnstrasse) itself is literally a couple of minutes away. There are tram and bus stops nearby, which will get you everywhere you need to go. My wife and I recently stayed at Hotel Lucia in Vienna for three nights. It is a clean, pleasant, safe and comfortable hotel. The staff were wonderful and helpful. I stayed for 3 nights this week, visiting from Canada. Very clean and tidy and the room was comfortable. Excellent breakfast. Staff was very friendly and helpful and spoke excellent English. Good value and I would definitely stay there again.

An average clean hotel close to the underground which takes three stops to the Vienna city centre. The bathrooms are clean. A minus factor was the room was close to the main street and it was bloody noisy. Couldn't sleep well at all. Luckily I was only staying at one night. Free breakfast was included and so was wifi. good value for money - no parking possibilities in the aera , only parking spot in hotel courtyard at 9 euros per night - you CANNOT rent bikes at the hotel - there is no garden, only a courtyard - very good breakfast - helpful staff

Good location and helpful staff. Th prices are certainly ok for viena. Mind you that every extra also costs extra, but it is well within the range of normality. Parking spaces are availabe nearby and the location is near the middle of town. Would gladly return here.
