This pension was not only gorgeous, but in a perfect location with a wonderful staff, especially Dushaun. The price was exceptional for the location in Vienna. From the front door and foyer, to the grand building and room, we were not disappointed. I would recommend this property to everyone and definetely use it again when I return to Vienna. We... More

We were booked into Room 9 by our travel agent. On the plus side, the bathroom was modern and efficient. The bed was reasonably comfortable, and we didn't note any bed bugs. Also, we didn't have to climb over each other to get into the bed (as they room 3 occupants did). On the down side, we barely fit in... More

When my husband and I booked this we were a little anxious as they gave us instructions how to get in to the hotel like something out a spy movie!!! We were in room 10 and when we opened the door from the outside we were both amazed at the size of the room - it was massive - it... More

We stayed in room 3, just like Sue'n'Pete and when we arrived, we were shocked when we saw our room. It was nothing like what we saw on their official website. The room is very small. This room isn't suitable for 2 travellers. We had 2 luggages and there was hardly and space to put them. The condition or the... More

Having read their website - this pension looked quite promising (albeit some tripadvisor reviewer comments did make me wonder). My initial email was responded to quite quickly & was informative. On arrival, all looked quite good - a beautiful building in a quite area. Then after arrival in the actual pension, we began to have some doubts. 'Mine host' took... More

Stayed here one night to be near the airport train and as it turned out was driving and used the convenient underground garage (for €35--ouch! The pension has a €21 voucher you can buy but we misread the cost for the time we would have our car there). These were basic, clean accommodations on something like the fourth floor of... More

I stayed here 3 nights in May of 2011, it is an older guest house that is nicely located. The rooms was kept clean and most of the staff was very helpful. I would stay here again, with the prices being reasonable and the location great!

Great location. Room clean but of poor quality, with clapped out chipboard furniture and a not very comfortable bed. While shower was en suite, the toilet was located at the far end of the corridor, past the desk and main entrance. WC shares with large groaning boiler, (which made its presence known every time a tap was turned on) and... More

Nice little hotel in a lovely old building and in a great location. Good value for money. It is located in a quiet square so you can get a decent night sleep. The rooms are clean and not too small, with an ensuite. Our room also had tea and coffee making facilities/supplied (but no fridge so you can't keep fresh... More

This hotel/pension has two types of rooms; newly, very fresh and beautifull rooms as well as old, small, worn out (yellow rings from leakage on ceiling / broken mirror) rooms. When booking the room they used a room-name (mozart/beethoven) that we had booked, but upon arrival the rooms did not have names, but numbers; so they can easily switch you... More
