Stayed here on a business trip and also a couple of extra days. The positives were the magnificent lobby and fabulous selection of food at breakfast. The staff were very helpful and courteous. This hotel has a great location in the first district, courteous and professional service, a fantastic gym with a pool and hot tub, and good stuff in the executive lounge. Not a Marriott chain fan and this is a typical Marriott. Great location, professional service, large rooms, old fashioned decoration and no character in communal spaces. A decent stay for business or brief sight seeing of Vienna's main attractions.

The Vienna Marriott has all you expect; no frills, but solid service and they get all the basic stuff done right. We have been to Vienna several times but this was the first time at this hotel. We had a junior suite of the 3rd floor. Very spacious and well appointed.
