This is quiet little hotel with small rooms and very friendly service. The neighborhood has several good restraunts within walking distance. The main museums and palaces are all within walking distance. They service a nice cold breakfast each morning.

I stayed at Hotel Graf Stadion in March 2012 for a few days. I chose the hotel because of the location and the price. It was the most affordable place close to the Ring. This is the most honest 3 star I have stayed at so far. I have rather positive impression about it. The room was clean and quiet.... More

a lovely old hotel in the centre of the city staed for 2 nights in a huge bedroom. Breakfast in the morning was served by a lady in traditional dress which was a nice touch.

The hotel is named after Johann Philipp Graf Stadion who was a statesman and foreign minister. It was built in the Biedermeier Epoche style in 1824 and is registered as a historic monument: that is why the stay at the Graf Stadion is pleasant and memorable. According to still existing documents the house is run as a hotel since 1897,... More

+ Reasonably central. On a side street so quite quiet. Adjoining main street has supermarkets and other shops. The (olde worlde) building has a charming wooden lift/elevator with a sofa at the back. - The building is tired/worn and has seen better days. My room's door lock had been disabled from the inside by having had a nail hammered into... More

Stayed 4 nights at the end of September. Front staff was friendly and helpful. Check in was a breeze. We were in the 3rd floor, basic size room, no aircon and tiny bathroom . The room had two doors to enter (I guess that was how it was build at that time). Their elevator is old but picturesque :) and... More

I wouldn't give this hotel more then 2**. We had a very small room with the tiniest bathroom I've ever had. The equipment is really basic, as well as the breakfast, you pay for the Internet and for the parking space, which is so little, you can hardly get in. Good point - central location.

Well-situated, nice and friendly hotel. We had a room (12) on the streetfloor, facing to a quiet street. The room was equipped with a double (twin) bed, and an extra bed, and was at least 40 square meter big - very comfortable. We very much enjoyed the old, huge walls, and overall the historical atmosphere of the house. Breakfast is... More

I think it's very good hotel for tourism or shopping or traveling. Near from hotel place tube station and tram stop, already near from... More

The Graf Stadion has the size and feel of a family-run hotel, which I imagine it once was (I've no idea how it's managed or owned now.) It's had grander days and I imagine the streets around it have changed somewhat since it was built in the late 19th century. It's well-located near the Rathaus and hence the museums, parliament...
