The hotel is well located. Big and comfortable room w/ a amazing shower. The street of hotel is quiet, and the neighborhood is ok. The crew is ok and was a very goog experience.

They have excellent deals with companies for sightseeing 1-day tours to Budapest, Bratislava, Prague and Salzburg. The breakfast was good (starts at 7 am, they actually opened the doors early for breakfast for me as I was going out for this Budapest tour at 6.45 am), friendly and helpful staff. Excellent free wifi internet.

I have given a poor rating on the service but in fairness and unfortunately, they had been hit with staff sickness which meant there was a shortage. The night we arrived we asked for tea and coffee facilities but was told we had to collect from reception ourselves. Having just spent 10 hours travelling this was not the best welcome.... More
