We stayed for 5 nights in triple room named "Hermes room" - quite big, nice design, clean and quiet. Breakfast was excellent and well served! Personal was attentive and helpfull. Pansion is near Karlpatz - 3 min walk. We will be glad to be back again in future!

I stayed at this hotel with my daughters and it was a very nice stay - in the very centre (cca 250m from the Opera, 500m from the Stephansdome), easy to find, easy to reach by car. We stayed for 5 nights at this hotel before Christmas. The hotel location is great, recently remodeled with wonderful staff. Great breakfast too. Only negative is our room had a very small bathroom and no elevator for luggage (must walk up one flight of stairs. All in all, you will not find a better place to stay in Vienna.
