mercure wien hotel is a lovly place to stay in vienna , the staff were really helpful when needing directions and advise, the breakfast was fresh and a buffet mix of cooked food,salads,continential and the many different types of bread was delicious, the location is quiet yet only 5/10 min walk to many locations so overall i would stay here... It is really a nice hotel, clean, nice staff, perfect location...

The only problem was the noise from the lift that was located next to my room. The noise was rather clear and it appeared occasionally during tje night, too.
