Unpleasant and condescending staff, unfamiliar with the concepts of good hotel management and customer service. On arrival they claimed to have no record of my reservation, no apology was offered and it fell to me to formulate a solution. The room was adequate however the decor was dated and somewhat ugly, as was the rest of the building. WiFi access... More

This hotel made our stay in Vienna even more memorable. The woman at the front desk went above and beyond to let us know the sites and landmarks that were not to be missed. The rooms were above average for the price we paid, making the hotel an extremely good value. The hotel served breakfast which was about average. Parking... More

We spent four nights at this hotel with a group of 13 American college students. The rooms for the students were triples and a quad, ours was a double. The rooms are clean, the bathrooms modern and clean. The breakfast, which is included, runs from 6-10 am with meat, cheese, rolls, yogurt, cereal, sometimes scrambled eggs or frankfurters. This is... We stay there for several days during our trip to Budapest-Vienne. The location is just perfect - nearby Meseum Quartier, 5 mins from old town and 100 m from the shopping street. Rooms are rather small but clean and cosy. The breakfast was European-style but there were eggs and sausages as well. The hotel has pleasant and quiet atmosphere and... More

In Vienna we with the wife had a rest the third year successively. The city was pleasant, without superfluous vanity, cosy, good benevolent inhabitants. Have this time decided to choose hotel in the centre, it is hotel the Admiral. It settles down really in the centre, in 3 minutes on foot from museum quarter. Hotel concerning small, cosy. Rooms quite... More

Stayed t the Admiral Hotel in Vienna recently near the Museum Quarters. Location wise it is excellent as it is next to all the museums which Vienna is so famous for. StephanPlaz where Mozart House, St Stephen's Catheral and St Peter's Church are all within one subway station away. But I find the staff rather unfriendly - smiles were extremely... More

Location of hotel Admiral is very good, 10 minutes away from opera house. Beds in the rooms are broken, furniture is in bad condition, rooms are very noisy during the night because of traffic in narrow street, and above all: personnel is extremely unpleasant!! Avoid this hotel, since for this money you can get far better service in nearby hotels.

I stayed 6 nights at the Admiral recently on business. Given that it is a budget hotel I thought it provided a very reasonable place to stay in central Vienna. The single room was fine (apart from the snorer in the next room!), breakfast was OK and there was no outside noise to speak of. The free wi fi in... More

The hotel is very centrally located, just behind the corner from Mariahilfe shopping street and the museum district, about a five minutes walk from the Hofburg. The room was a good size, basic but clean, the bathroom was renovated. You have free-of-charge wi-fi in the rooms. The hotel was very quiet day and night. They offer a good breakfast (cheese,...
