Excellent experience at the Hotel. Good location for access to the city overall. Rooms are a wonderful surprise, some with separate living room and most with a balcony. Staff are open and inviting, with a great attitude to guests, with no task a problem to assist your stay.

Biggest plus are certainly the great rooms, which are very spacious and modern. Location is average I would say, could be more central with better connections, on the plus side it is very quiet though. Service was very good although we did not need much attention. Next to Belvedere palace and only 100 meters away from the tram stop that can take you to the Opera's ring (center) so you can choose transportation to go all around the city. Quiet location in a small street in fourth district of Vienna. Even rooms to the street are not affected a lot by street noise, as due to the little traffic on the street there is little.
