Worse thing about it was the shower. Usually hotels in posh ski resorts - by default - have respectable showers. The water is as clean as it gets, pressure strong, they keep them looking brand new. Tha's basically it. We had a room on the top floor. The ceiling was 2m high (or low?), the room was about 15m and it was hard to breath in the night, cause the air becomes tough pretty soon. Was not expecting the charm and wonderful location. Just a few minutes walk to the lift for the slopes. Breakfast and dinner were included and the both were very nice. The breakfast buffett had warm eggs and sausage and the dinner was a four course meal.

Stylish, comfortable, well ran. Would suit younger couple rather than a family. Beautiful spa area and very relaxing vibe throughout - feels boutiquey. Ktzbuhel is just 2 hours drive from Munich airport (although beware it will take longer driving back on Sunday evening, add another hour). The Hotel is fantastic, each member of staff can not do enough for you and are extremely amiable. The food and facilities are first class. you cannot leave the hotel without trying out its excellent 'wellness' room.
