My husband and I stayed one night at the Hotel Restaurant Weinhaus Happ on our way to Switzerland. We loved the location right in the middle of the Old town. The room was very quiet, spacious and comfortable. Nice breakfast with lots of choices in the upstairs part of the restaurant.

You cant beat the location! Its in the middle of the sqaure catty-corner from the Golden Roof. That said, keep the windows shut in the evenings if you dontn do well with noise. Our family had two rooms here just after Christmas for three nights. It is a great little family run hotel in excellent location in old town and the restaurant is family style and good.
