The Hotel Tautermann looks and feels as though it was last modernised in the 1970s. It is tatty and neglected in feel. The plumbing is old, and looks quite likely to burst at any time. Even when we checked in @ 2 AM (after a weekend traffic queues) the staff accepted us. Don't expect them to accommodate your car but within a walking distance you can park your car next to the chapel. Nice and rich breakfast waited for us. The rooms are clean. No elevators!
