A good hotel with excellent food and friendly staff but my room overlooked the university campus and its student nightclub and late night noise. Very convenient for the old town and most of the out of ski season sights.

While I wouldn't describe the room as spectacular, it was clean and functional. The bathroom had the toilet in a separate, closed-off area, which makes getting ready in the morning easier for two people. Nice, tidy, clean, useful staff. The room as such is not spectacular, but it the hotel has very good breakfast and common areas and it is in a great location - would recommend, good provision for the price

This hotel is very central not almost everything we only had a short stay but everything was really good bed comfortable food good, staff very approachable. Wonderful cafes everywhere around the area.

We booked the hotel because of the location and in the end that is what you pay for. The staff were freindly but not very well informed you are better off using the free wifi and check yourself or go to the information center just up the road. Definitely not a 4 star hotel....at best a low 2 star!!!!Room 147 is a small smelly room. The carpets looked filthy and reeked of mould and had a bad stench. The bath towels were thread bare and there were five holes in the curtains. The receptionist was rude and dismissive. The hotel has nothing to offer except for its location!!!
