It's very well located for the music lovers' since it is just a 3 minutes walk to the Venues of the Festspiele. Clean and decent. I stayed in the second building, which was quiet and silent. Did not try the breakfast. They give you a free drink at the bar when you check in.

We had v good rooms. The location was a little further from city centre but very well connected by bus. So quite convenient. The issue was on wifi. Did not work well in some of the rooms. Breakfast was reasonable. Staff were helpful and friendly. When we checked in, quite informative about sights, sounds and how to get around.
