Our room exuded "old Europe" and that is intended as a compliment. The staff was very helpful and great breakfast. We took the hotel up on the coupon for dinner, which was average. The location is perfect, just a short walk across the bridge to Old Town. The nice thing about Salzburg is everything is just a short walk.

Beautiful hotel in an excellent location (across from the Mozart house and museum). Extremely helpful staff. We stayed in the suite know as The View for good reason: views of the principal sights of the City from three balconies in three directions. Highly recommended
