We spent just one night there with children. Location is good. Family room is spacious. Internet connection is good and free of charge. Bracfast and reception service was well. Unfortunately, I have never been in so smelty and smoke filled hotel last years, at least in Europe. We was shocked. Thay have smoked up the whole room and public area....

Hotel Feichtinger is within a reasonable walk from downtown and similarly well located from the train station. The room I had (# 205) was very spacious although scantily furnished; it was quiet and comfortable. Breakfast (buffet) is excellent--you could hardly ask for more. The staff was very helpful--I would call this Austrian hospitality.

This hotel was very good to stay at. The staff are very helpful and they all speak English, so I had no troubles with language.
The rooms are decent, but the TV has only german channes. The internet connection is good, and they don't charge extra for that, so that's a plus. The breakfast is good: various kinds of bread,...

We spent two nights in Graz in second half of August. Upon arriving Graz by train, we took bus from the station to the closest stop and the hotel is around 100 metres away. It is in the other side of the city centre but just a few minutes walk. The receptionists are very friendly at check-in.
