Stayed at this hotel last week with 3 friends and had the most wonderful time. The hotel is clean and basic and the staff will go out of there way to help you with anything you need. The owners daughter speaks english and is always on hand to help translate as the owners only speak spanish/catalan and a bit of... More

My boyfriend and I are just back from our skiing holiday to Arinsal. The hotel itself is in a prime location as the gondola is literally beside the hotel and literally no walking was involved. It is also situated in the middle of all the restaurants, bars and clubs which was great as we liked to make use of these.... More

We booked a last-minute, cheap ski deal and so were prepared for Ayma being a 2star hotel. And that's exactly what it was. Very basic and old-fashioned. If you like your hotel with lots of facilities and all Mod Cons, then this isn't for you. It's location is great in terms of proximity to Gondola. Very short walk meant that... More

It is cheap and very well located. 300 metres from the chairlift. It has 20 rooms or less. Good choice for young people. Low cost 25 € / person (breakfast included). It is very very basic and old facilities, do not expect nothing more. Service is very familiar and correct.

Had some really good sking in January and unfortunately mared by a thief having access to our room. On vacating the room and returning to the UK I realised I had left my watch on the bedside table so my partner telephoned the hotel (she speaks fluent Spanish) to arrange postge of the watch back to the UK only to... Well, we got a very, very good, late deal for a Christmas break, and we weren't sure what we were letting ourselves in for.....What a pleasant surprise! It is a clean and welcoming hotel, it is true that only the daughter speaks English but what they lack in language they make up in enthusiasm and friendliness! It is advisable to scrub... More

My husband and I along with our two teenage girls spent a week in two rooms at the Ayma. This was our first ever skiing holiday and we would go back again to this hotel and resort. The girls' room was quite large with 3 single beds while my husband and I had a smaller double room next door. The... More

Booked the Ayma B&B as I have stayed in Arinsal before and know there are places to eat out at night. We paid 230 pounds for our flight and accommodation which was a great price flying from Ireland. The hotel is basic and a bit tired but we knew that before booking. It is kept clean but the rooms and... More

Date Feb 2007 If you are looking to book a reasonably priced, family run hotel in Arinsal contact the Ayma, good location close to the gondola. They don't have a website but can be contacted by Email Hotel Aymà [hotelayma@andorra.ad] or phone 00376 835295 . The daughter speaks very good english.
