This hotel has a parking lot in front. The ski lift is walking distance (100 meters just on the right side of the car park) and you have the option to ski down back to the Hotel. The restaurant it's the only "not so good" rating - almost the same food every dinner and you must get there at 8.00pm... More

I would like to write a good review about this hotel but unfortunately I cannot. There are some good points, for example, very close to the chairlift, a clean hotel and very nice staff. However, for me, all this is completely irrelevant because of the smell of cigarette smoke throughout the entire Hotel. Seriously this spoiled what could have been... More

We have been to Arinsal twice before staying at St Gothard and the Princessa parc both of which we could not compain about, we thought we would try this Hotel as reviews had generally been good. We found the room was a reasonable size however tired looking and in need of updating, the beds are extremely hard and the room... More

This was a first time skiing trip. I would recommend any first time skiers with children to book a hotel close to a lift/gondola, and go half board because it takes the hassle out of trying to find restaurants when your children are hungry. This hotel fitted the bill. The hotel was clean, tidy, and the rooms were spacious. Lots... More

We stayed week beginning 19th Feb. Impressive looking hotel in good location for skiing tho its a pretty hard core walk from town back up to the hotel after happy hour! Bar area and pool area all very sophisticated and smart, but cold. You need a cardi on if youre sitting in the evening. Atmosphere when we were there was... More

We went as family with a teenager and a three year old, with another couple with a teenager. The plus points of the hotel are it is very close to the chair lift, literally a minute's walk which is great for everyone, especially when you're carrying a child's skis. The rooms were fine, but there is no separate bedroom, so... More

We stayed here without children and thank goodness for that!!! Felt so sorry for the hungry children clawing at the door of the dining room which was under the sole control of the "Contol Freak Head Waiter". We had to queue way before the doors were open (like refugees) to get in for 7.30 .... if we didnt queue and... More

Enjoyable stay overall, 1 thing that does need to improve was the meal times. There wasn't enough tables for all the guests at the same time which meant that you had to wait if you were not quick enough. People then opted to queue at the restaurent door 20mins before dinner. Food was ok. Uk could have done with more... More
