I've stayed in the Hotel Florida at least once a year since 2001. The location for the Hotel is fautless really, it's not far from the main car-park in the city or one of the major shopping streets. We got this hotel for one night on a bike tour. I walked in and was given a price of 70E with breakfast, my husband then later walked in and was given a price, with his usual haggling skills of 56E including breakfast! The hotel is listed in Lonely Planet, which is why we booked it. It didn't really live up to expectations. Room very small. But staff quite helpful. All in all a neutral experience, but would most likely try to find something better next time.
