The Queens Bay Hotel is in a beautiful setting in the Kissonerga area near to Coral Bay. A 'family run' hotel which offers good accomodation and lovely food and very clean - a clear indicator of the quality is the number of guests who return year after year. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The local buses service from... More

This was our 3rd visit to Queens Bay and we will be back in 2012. Simply a lovely, relaxing chill out week spent with some great friends. The hotel offers great customer serivce, friendly helpful staff. Food is fresh, local produce and plenty of choice (no complaints from us). On the all inclusive alcholic drinks are good quality and generous... More

Stayed for four nights to 24th October. I was surprised to see people who should know better overloading food plates at every opportunity with the attitude of 'I've paid for it so get as much as I can'. There should also be a dressed code at meal times, very overweight men without shirts can be off putting. The room was... More

I can see what this reviewer is saying but I am surprised at the comment about the lack of dress code. We most certainly do have a dress code at dinner but we can't do much at lunch time as people are coming from around the pool. The other comment about the bathrooms has been noted - and we have... This was our famioliy's 6th stay at what is a great location just 30 minutes from Paphos town and harbour with excellent bus services .It is more like staying with friends as so many of the staff are long serving regulars. Nothing is too much trouble and with an extensive menu, plenty of sunbeds and entertainment every evening it would... More

We stayed at this hotel in September, we were moved there after being double booked at the Pafion Park Holdiday Village. To say we were dissappointed at first was an understatement, but we had a nice room on the reception level floor, we had a lovely large balcony and pool and sea view. The food was was fairly good, service... More

On arrival the man at reception was short and abrupt, not very welcoming. Room was basic but clean and comfortable and cleaned every day. The rest of the staff were very friendly, The food was very good but breakfast could be varied a bit. There were always plenty of sunbeds and the gardens are beautifully kept. The views over the... I am so sorry to hear that our reception staff were not up to standard. We usually get good comments about them. All I can do is apologise to you that your first impression was not what tou (or we) would expect. More

My wife and I have just come back from a weeks holiday staying at the Queens Bay. The hotel is definately higher than 3 star. The staff were lovely, the food was good if sometimes not as hot as it should have been and the hotel is in a great location if you want a quiet, relaxing time. Set in... More

Thank you for your comments. We do try to do our best. Funnily enough, we had a wedding party who were very pleased that we didn't do the wrist bracelet thing - it means they didn't have wedding photos with a flourescent band on their wrists. Generally, our staff quickly learn people's room number so they only check with you... More
