The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Having an adults only pool area makes a huge difference as there are a lot of kids at the other pool. We stayed at this hotel April 2012, looks bit tired when you first pull in but don't let this put you off, as once inside it is beautiful, great views, fabulous service, food was excellent......rooms were very clean and tidy....great for couples and families as there is a separate pool area's for both!
