Having stayed in the Hotel Fortina for my May holiday I would have to say I thought it was fantastic.From the upgrade we received and the quality of food and amazing view on to Valetta I could not fault anything. My son is fussy on his food so the buffet really suited him.

Perfect hotel for (elderly) couples. Beautiful setting with view on Valetta. Couple of nice clean swimming pools, ample space and free towels for residents. Good breakfast buffet. All other facilities such as restaurants, buses, boats, ferry to Valetta, are in walking distance (300 mtrs).

This hotel is in a fantastic location. The view from the seafront pool, the bar, and buffet restaurant over to Valletta is breathtaking. Even though the "season" has only just begun we couldn't fault either the hotel or the amenities. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Only down side was the evening "entertainment" which was more social club than 4* but that didn't detract from our overall enjoyment

This hotel is in the most wonderful position overlooking Valetta. We had a gorgeous room with an area to sit out and look at the scenery. It is clean and comfortable. Good points: Sea view from the room was amazing. Worth paying for. Location of the hotel to Valletta, harbour, boats etc. Room and Hotel in general was very clean.
