Although referred to as a good guesthouse, I would not recommend Alba guesthouse. It lays right next to one of the busiest demerges of Reyjavik, rooms are small and very noisy. We had a great time staying here. We were well looked after throughout, the rooms were well organised albeit basic. Alba Guesthouse has a quite reasonable pricing for a three person bedroom BUT the 3rd bed was completely unsleapabul . We ended up all using the king size bed instead.
