We stayed in one of the cabins at Heidtjorn over Christmas 2011. We had a wonderful experience, what a nice and peaceful place. Beautiful cabins in nice surrounding with very friendly owners. The jacuzzy was excelant after our trip to Gullfoss and Geysir. LOVE THIS PLACE AND RECOMEND IT TO ALL!!! Ástríður and Herve

This guest house is located within a couple minutes walk of all the great sights in Reykjavik. The owner is very friendly and helpful.
