This hotel is nicely placed in the attractive Finnish town of Loviisa. Staff were welcoming, friendly and efficient. A good, varied choice of breakfast on offer. The staff was very foul and unpleasant. They wanted only our money without replication for it. And no air condition at all, we couldn´t sleep there!
